dear sir ,
will the property get distributed to the three sons wifes as per will because he had 8 childrens out of which 5 were daughters and he has mentioned clearly that they are not eligble for his property.
we had applied for mutation process on my fathers name but he expired before the process was done.

In case the beneficiaries of the will expire prior to the testator of will, the same gets dissolved means cancelled and has no legal effect thereto. The properties of your grandfather shall be distributed by way of inheritance among all legal heirs in equal share.

when did your grand father die? . it seems that the 3 beneficaries have died subseqently . the legal heirs of beneficaries will inherit the share of the beneficaries

my grandfather died in 1997 , the will was made two years before and registered . two sons died in 1999. my father died recently 1 week back .will mentions only three sons name and no daughters were allowed the rights to his properties. now can the wives of the three sons claim the rights of land.

In the given facts, the legal heirs of your father and uncles shall get the shares as per will.
