my friend had purchased a plot in venture in the year1990, after 3 years he had notice that there is error in the shedule property of the plot, now he wants he exeute rectification deed for that reason but the problem is the one who had executed the sale deed had expired in 1993, now how can i solve this problem to get correct shedule property (AP)

If you want to get it rectified the sale deed the signature of the venodr is necessary, but now it is not possible for you rectify the deed. So u do one thing discussing with the legal heirs of the deceased vendor u file a declartion suit against them mentioning the schedule of the property.
After service of summons to the defendants you file a compromise petition and get compromised the matter, according to the decree you will be owner of the suit propoerty which is shwon in the plaint with schedule of the property.

If the legal heirs of the vendor are agree then you have just to get a Deed of correction registered in the office of same Registrar and this deed must mention all the facts and circumstances in detail and it also keeps equal value as of already registered sale-deed as it is supplementary deed. So instead of going to civil court, then making compromise and then to register the compromise and then to effect the changes.it is better to follow my opinion.
