sir.
i want to start one small eduactional indtitution in bangalore , i want to register this under company Act ,can anybody tell me
the procedures of registration ,
what are the documents are require for registration ,
what are the fees may be taken
where the the place of regidtration in banglore.

I think school cannot be regd., under the companies act.
You have to form a society under that you will have to start school.

You can register the school under the companies act, 1956. You have the option of floating a Private Ltd, Public Ltd or a Company licensesd under S.25 of the companies act.

First go to the eduction authority at your place and find out if the proposed educational activities are controlled / inspected by the Govt , it so you have to form public trust and society if not you can form any type of organisation.

There is no bar in registering a company for the purpose of running a school. But the in the Memorandum and Arbticles of association's object clause you have to include running the school is also going to be your business.
