Buying property involves investment of huge capital and involves several legal complications and simultaneously law obligates buyer to make due prob of title he wishes to buy and doing all this warrants the engagement of a lawyer to watch your several interest involved,hence do not be careless in this regard.Only paying stamp duty is not the subject before a buyer which can be easily ascertained from concerned sub registrar office.
