sir, if the bail application if the juvenile rejected by the judecial court than under which provisions order of the judecial court can be challenged? weather it may be appeal or to challenge u/s. 439 of the c.r.p.c?

appeal can not lie against the order before the session court? my one of the fellow has filed an appeal so that court had query that, appeal can put before this court aginst the order of the rejection of bail. that's why i need know this.

Bail application for juvenile can be filed before the JJ board only and not before JMFC. So file a fresh application before juvenile justice board, get it dismissed and then approach high court under the provisions quoted by expert Mr. Bhadra.
