Query01/-As per the family settlement agreement can the individual share holder sign a Relinquishment deed in favour of her adult daughter.
Query 02/-As per the registered Will can the individual named beneficiary sign a Relinquishment deed in favour of his adult son.

01. In a Family Settlement Agreement (FSA), there is no question of relinquishment as her daughter is also a party. 02. The beneficiary only has the right over the property but not his son. so the question of relinquishment does not arise.

1. If the adult daughter is a co-sharer in the property that is coming under the family setlement then the co-sharer can execute a registered release deed favoring particular person also.

Q 1. Yes, the share holder can release his/ her share in favour of his/her daughter.
Q 2 Consequent upon death of Testator the beneficiary of such a will may get share of the deceased /Testator and release such property, if it (will) is not challanged and probated (when compulsory).
