Remarriage - divorcee

Guest (Querist) 12 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
My husband has filed for Divorce but I applied RCR. Now I am staying as a paying guest, in first floor. My house owner's son(Same flat second floor) has applied for mutual divorce and he has his judgmtn on May 2012 he told.
He told me that he is willing to marry me after he get the positive judgmtn.
I have not replied him yet but I love him too. But my confusion is

1. I have not filed Divorce so far. But I applied RCR
2. I have no kids. Whereas he has one boy kid. he has very good property. Will there be any trouble by his ex-wife regarding this?
3. I am ready to accept his child and grow him with us, if his ex-wife allows. (Because his child shldnt be a scape goat for the errors which he did). Any formal procedures shld b followed for it?
4. Wat are all the formalities that I need to chek and cinform nefore marring him legally?

My Dear ANO:

It is very simple, and advantageous to you.
You can get yourself Divorced tomorrow.

You mean May 2012, and not May 2011, I believe,

I can understand your statements and rad in between the lines what you want.

GO AHEAD, AND LET ALL OF YOU THREE ENJOY LIFE.

U CAN CONVERT YOUR H DIV TO MCD, AND GET DIVORCE DECREE ANY DAY. HE WILL NOT OBJECT, AGREE TO HIS TERMS.
YOU HAVE NO ISSUE. SO AS GOOD AS SPINSTER.

FORGET YOUR RCR, OR WITHDRAW IT, UNPRESSED.

I am doubtful about his child, as custody usually goes to mother.
So only love him for the time being, don't love his child, unless he get custody in his MCD

GOOD LUCK. SEND SWEETS IN June 2012.

Since you are getting second chance and your husband is also willing to get divorce then you better make a settlement and enter into a mutual divorce and move on in your new life.

yes, once again confirm with him and continue your new life.

In this situation, you can withdraw your RCR and give consent to Divorce petition filed by your husban.
Very simple and eazy.

Once the divorce decree is passed, the wife of your new man will not be a problem in your life. Only thing is the custody of the child which shall not affect you. If his wife is not earning then he would have to pay maintenance to her.

Keep this things in your mind before entering into a new life.

agree with experts . your husband wants divorce . withdraw your RCR and divorce by mutual consent .

then marry the owners son who proposed to you . i hope his parents are agreeable too . find out why the owner got divorced . ?meet his ex wife if possible
