Respected seniors, i want some citations which are favourable for landlord .tenant is not paying the rent gor many years .so due to fefaulter of rent payment landlord is doing case on d same ground. Can u provide some citations.in that support of landlord. Kindly help me.

sorry, there is no any provision for provide citation regarding this matter.
You can file eviction suit against tenant on the default ground. For citation consult local Lawyer.

Non payment of rent by the tenant is a ground sufficient enough to get eviction order.
