Dear Sir /Madam
I am Prashant ,Staying in the rented property at Girgaon.This is our 1 RK.This room is in the name of my Uncle. Uncle is having 3 Daughters. Uncle expired in year 1967.
All the 3 Daughters of the Uncle married before Uncle's death.
After Uncle's death his wife left this place in year 1967 only & she started living at Pune. She expired in Pune in 1995.
My Father was staying with Uncle since 1940 at this room.
We are having old Ration card as a proof.
After Uncle's death my Father,Mother & we 3 Brothers are staying in this rented house.
My Father is expired in year 1995.
Landlord is not transferring the Rent receipt in my Mother's name.
After 50 Years of our stay ,Landlord is demanding NOC of the 3 Daughters. Now the Daughters are not giving NOC.
After a Duration of 50 Years does these 3 Daughters having any legal rights here. Is this is the Dbar type case & court will Dismiss the case.
From last 50 Years we have paid all rent.Daughters never paid any rent.Daughters don't have a single Documents to show in the court.
What to do now, please guide me.

Landlord is right in asking NOC from daughters. Try to have amicable settlement and get the rent receipt transferred.
If not possible, show all related documents to local lawyer and discuss in detail for guidance.
