This query is : Resolved
After reading the responses to my issue on this forum and consulting several advocates, it is now clear that it is a common strategy to send baseless legal notice and stop paying rent to force landlords to file cases and waste 10 to 15 years in legal battles. This practice will continue until an advocate is punished for sending baseless legal notices. Therefore, I have decided to ask the Bar Council to take action against the advocate. I need help to present my case before the Bar Council properly, and I am seeking the assistance of ethical advocates.I am willing to pay for it

Nobody stops you from proceeding with your own ideas and thoughts in this regard.
No advocate will proclaim himself as unethical hence you may look for one of your choice yourself, no advocate will volunteer to take up your case, because it is considered as solicitation which is prohibited by Advocates act.

You have repeated this query in another way, I think.

Mr.T. Kalaiselvan To clarify, solicitation refers to efforts made by an advocate to lure someone into giving their case to the advocate, typically through advertising or other direct approaches, which is indeed prohibited by the Advocates Act. However, my request is not solicitation. I am seeking professional assistance to ensure that my case is properly presented to the Bar Council and am willing to pay for this service. There is a significant difference between an advocate offering unsolicited services and a client seeking out professional help.
I stand by my request for ethical advocates who can help present my case effectively before the Bar Council, ensuring that the issue of baseless legal notices is addressed and appropriate action is taken against those who misuse the system.

Nothing prevented you from choosing any advocate of your choice instead of asking some volunteers to take up your case.

Mr. T. Kalaiselvan,
It appears there is a misunderstanding regarding my intentions. When I clarified the concept of solicitation, it was not to invite volunteers but to seek professional assistance for presenting my case to the Bar Council effectively. Because it is very very difficult to expect Bar Council to act .
Given this, your assumption that I am looking for volunteers is misplaced. I am simply seeking SPECIAL advocates who can help me address the misuse of baseless legal notices. This is not merely a personal grievance but an issue that affects many and undermines the integrity of our legal system.
Since there seems to be a persistent misunderstanding, I will close this post here and request you to ignore my posts as it is very evident that we are not on the same page.
