Maharashtra public service commission(MPSC) advertise no. 91-2013,had result declared on 08-09-2015.in this add out of 88 selected, 24 candidates are selected in higher grade post and they may not be interested to join the job this ad.
what will happen when 24 candidates are join the job. means mpsc can revise the Result or not.
if revise result how it operate.

this forum is not spekes person of the MPSC so experts here cannot comment what commission will do.
normally supplementary list is issued in such cases.

The commission could appoint candidated for the vacnacies existed on the date of advertisement.Any further vacancies to be filled up in future recruitment.

It is not clear what exactly you want to say.
Only if you give clear facts and then ask you query, then it will be possible to understand your query and try to answer the same.
It is not clear how many vacancies were advertised in the advertisement? Please indicate grade-wise posts.
Why do you say that 24 selected candidates may not join higher grade post? How do you know?
Assuming that they do not join, government is not the looser.

advertised 88 post and selected also 88.
in selected candidates,24 candidates are not interested to join the post due to selection on higher post.undertaking had given by candidate to govt for not joining.
then how operate the waiting list by mpsc.
or it will delete 24 candidate and revise the result.
what happen.....
please suggest me.

Do you mean to say that since the 24 candidates have been selected for still higher post, they are not interested in accepting the post under the 88 select list, which is a lower post.
It seems you are in the waiting list (and not in the declared list of 88 successful candidates) and therefore wanting to know whether you will get a chance or not, when 24 candidates decline the offer.
Please confirm whether my understanding is correct?
Please also tell what is the designation of the post and the pay scale for which the result was announced.

Mr.Niramal,
If any person(s) not jointed out of the list of selected candidates, then waiting list shall not be operated and a fresh notification shall be issued inviting notifications for filling up of the said vacancies. To this effect, APEX Court judgement is there.
