Residential premises for commercial use

Hello!,
I am planning to buy a residential premises in ground floor of a building that is under the provisions of Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act 1970.
Can I use this premises for commercial purpose (Clinic)?
The committee members are of the view that they will not provide any written permission for the commercial use but will also not oppose for the same.
Please advice

What is the stand in the court of law if any member objects?
Is it lawfully premissible under the provisions of MAOA 1970?

hello! yes u can start ur clinic it is not a comercial even u can start ur clinic from ur residence and no permission is required from the society for that.

To my knowledge, the clinic is not a commercial one.
This is fact in TN, regarding Mah., Mumbai lawyers may answer
