Responsibilities of son as well as parent

If a son gets his fathers job after his death but his sister and mom tortures him saying that they have given him the job by signing the noc and every time making him afraid of loosing his job and going to court though the son is doing each and everything they want. But they are not satisfied at all. What to do??
