My mother has filed domestic voilence aganist my wife and requested her not to allow her in another home u/d 18 and u/s 19.

My wife has threatened me that she will enter forcibly enter my house and start living in my house and i won't be able to do anything. i dont want to take her back. i am scared, if she come, she will do herself something on her own, got me trapped in false cases.

I request to help, my mother does not want let her enter in the opposite flat of the same floor. She will get the protection in the same domestic voilence case or she has to file another case i.e restitution of house.

if i change my present flat i.e opposite flat of my father house and take another flat elsewhere . Can my wife has a right to enter in my father house.

Ask your mother ti file civil suit for injunction so her daughter in law can be restrained to enter the flat.

Dear Vijay
the Injunction suit can be filed by the owner of the property, if your mother is owner of the property then she can file the civil suit otherwise your father(if he is the owner of the property) to restrain her to enter.

First of all you change your place of residence and then let your mother file a civil suit for injunction against your wife and even against you so that you may be apprised of the legal situation.
