Dear Sir, Please find attached herewith restore petition at Madras High Court. My advocate informed me court returned asked us to appeal at sub court.
Why High court returned? I herewith attached District Munsif Judgment copy, Civil Revision Petition copy. kindly, advise me. What is the reason.

Always restoration petition lies with the court, where it is dismissed. High court cannot restore. You had to file restoration petition in the same court, where your suit is dismissed for default.

Mr.Rajeev, we filed restore at district munsif court, dissmissed appealed madras high court. Highcourt asked us to appeal sub court why?

Suit dismisssed based on compromise (undue influence, Coercion).
Plaint filed restore petition same court restore petition dismissed because of, no evidence.
Plaint appealed Madras High Court, Highcourt returned petition stating that appeal only sub court.
My question is why high court returned?
