IF THE MATTER HAS BEEN APPROACHED BEFORE THE LABOUR COMMISSIONER, DURING THAT PERIOD OF TIME WE CAN ISSUE RETRENCHMENT NOTICE TO THE CASUAL LABOUR.

Any action taken against the employees during the pendency of Conciliation, Adjudication or Arbitration proceedings would be considered to be actuated by the motive of victimisation or unfair labour practice and thus would be termed as illegal.
