after an order of CAT had been challenged before high court and lost it.
Can we still file a review application before CAT for consideration of the points not decided by it in the earlier order?

what about order 47 rule 1 cpc?

Once you file the appeal against the order of the CAT,the right to seek review is lost. You cannot file the appeal,lose it and then come back to the CAT for review.
