(Querist) 05 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
Whether a daughter who was married before 1975 has a right in her father's/mother's property ? Father/mother alive at the time of marriage.
Guest (Expert) 05 September 2012
If the property is the self acquired property of father/mother it will devolve either by intestate succession or by a will. The date of birth of the daughter is irrelevant.
