Hi,
I have Question about Property Share for my Mother.
My Grandfather Bought a property (Property A) in his name after my father got married. My father is only son to my grandfather and my grandfather didn’t have any other child. My Grandfather is expired 20 years before.
My Grandfather Got a Share of Property (Property B) through Partition, where Partition happened after my father got married.
My Father purchased a property (Property C) in recent years, where he used earning from Property B to purchase Property C.
Since my mom doesn’t have good terms with my father, my mom wants some share of Property from above List A,B and C. What is my mother's Right to property in this case?
Other fact to note:Â My father & Mom has 2 Sons and 1 Daughter. There is no Partition happened between my bothers, my father, my mother & myself.
If my mom divorce my father, will she get share of property from A, B and C properties.
Can you please let me know?
Thank-you

Prima facie, all the property belongs to your father. Neither the wife nor the children have any interest therein or claim any during his lifetime.
There is no question of any partition during his life time other than at his volition.

Your father is owner of the property. He can sell / gift / will / mortgage it to any person of his choice during his life time. Any of his legal heir has no claim on it till he expires intestate.

No chance. All the properties belongs to your father. After partition it also to be treated as self acquired property. Till your father in live you, your brother neither your mother does not have any rights over the property.
