Is it movable or immovable property?
Whatsoever, your wife has no independent title, right, claim or interest.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 05 May 2015
Even you dont have any rights in the property until your father has transferred or gifted the property on your name or died intestate. In any case your wife cannot claim any right in it any time.
