Your own local counsel can update you.
What is the need to pay any fee for telephonic/email advise that might be charged from you.

After dissolution of divorce your wife is left with no right of share in your proeprty.
However I find your conduct very crude and shameful as taking advantage of sickness of your wife for which she had no fault you indulged in an adulterous life .
This is really disdainful.

Mr. Ramesh Samudrala,
In view of the advice of Shri Kumar Doab, you must report the incident to Shri Doab, if some one asks you to pay any fee for telephonic/email advise.

Your story seems to be pathetic. You can buy mental peace and other comforts of life by opting for mutual consent divorce with your wife on monthly maintenance charges, to be settled by the order of the court, instead of alimony of 1.2 crores at a time.
About your question, "what will be her rights on my property and retirement benifits after divorce," after divorce and monthly maintenance, she would be considered to have severed all her relations and would be debarred from any claim on your property or retirement benefits after divorce, provided that you have not made her a nominee for your retirement benefits. However, if any nomination subsists for retirement benefits in her favour, you are free to change that any time during your service period.
