Road problem in purchased land

Dear Sir,
i Have Purchased a piece of land 54 decimilli out of 155 decimilli. As per sale deed the owner had to provide space of 15ft road for convinience. How ever the said owner sold rest patch of 101decimilli land to another person(2nd person). Now the 2nd person is showing me the map and saying I have acquired or to acuire land from all sides to develop and sale plots. He is continuously forcing me to sale my part of land or to provide him 18decimilli land in order to avail road. Kindly show me the legal consequences of the said issue.

If he force you then as simple lodge the compliant to the juristiction police station about his forcing

file a civil suit immediately impleading the seller and the other purchases as parties and seek interim injunction as well.

dont delay the matter otherwise your interest will suffer....have services of some good local lawyer.

You can file the suit impleading both seller and purchaser to provide you road being easement of necessity.

Easement of necessity is one of the options but the best option shall be to get the partition of the land which shall be best remedy. Injunction in favour of co-sharer is not granted.

File a suit against your seller and subsequent purchaser to enforce the term in your sale deed,the subsequent purchaser shall in law be deemed to have due notice of your sale terms and is bound by the terms.
