Is there any issue in adding an Executor in the Will?

What is the procedure if the Executor does not execute the Will?

In a Will, if the Testator ( author of the Will) appointed an executor, the executor may be a beneficiary of the assets or not. But the executor shall obey the directions issued (noted) in the Will.

If the executor of will does not cooprate or fails to obey the directions of testator then beneficiary can apply for probate and get executed will through court.
