Hi , -Notice has been issued to a consumer under Recovery of revenue and Recovery of dues act by a Government organisation to recover its dues.Can the consumer approach court at this juncture?Will this be admitted by the judiciary ?

It is better to go through rules of recovering department and procedure laid down therein to make departmental appeal therein and if exhausted fully against any unlawful act then it is appropriate to approach court but legally enforceable debts or recovery proceedings cannot become part of judicial review nor any stay order can be provided against such recovery.
