Hi

Pl. tell me what an applicant in DELHI can do if he does not get informations under RTI ACT within one month.

Where should an applicant appeal if PIO donot furnish information within one month or the informaions provided by PIO are not upto the mark.

Pl. provide me the office addresses of FIRST APPELATE OFFICER in ROHINI/DELHI

Each department has State Information Officer-cum-First Appellate officer. You have not told in which department had you moved your application. It is very easy to find out the appellate authority wherein you have to move an appeal if either you do not get the required information or get wrong/incomplete information
