Salary not paid by employer

I was working in an engineering college in Telengana. But because of delay in payment I left the organisation on March 31st with all proper formalities. It was informed they wil pay my pending salary ( feb+march) after 1 month. But since then they are keeping me pending. What I can do in this case for getting my salary ?

If not paid you have no other go except to file recovery application with the labour authority.

send a simple notice to employer demanding your payment first then after take necessary step for recovery

Yes. You have to submit an application for recovery of your salary to the Labour Officer concerned by Regd.post.
