My Grandmothers father sold Ansistors property in 1995. Nobody from familly was aware about the sale. my grandmothers father dided in 2003. after that my great grandmother step mothetr,step brother my grandnmothers name was put on 7/12. My Grand mother is from 1st wife of his father. but we checked now that there ames were removed without any information.
After this property sale my grandmothers Step they are not having any land ?
My Grandmothers Step brother was also not aware about the sale and would want justice ?
Request your guidance in approaching to this issue ?

Ancestors Property sold by grandmothers Father in 1995. We submitted oppes request to registar office during this time.
My grandmothers father died in 2003. so after that my grandmothers and her step mother and step brothers name updated at 7/12 but in 2008 The peroson who purchased tis property submitted the papaers at Talathi & our names were removed from 7/12 but during this whole phase we didnt received any notice from talathi.
What to do ?

A sold property in 1995. B, C,D,E,F, G,H, was not aware about this deal.
A died in 2003, M whop purchased this property registerd the names in 2008, No body (B, C,D,E,F, G,H ) was informed about it.

After this property, G & H is not having agricultural land.
