SALE DEED

DEAR SIR,
I HV ENETERED IN AGREEMENT TO SALE & IT IS REGISTERED ON 30.03.2010 FLAT COSTING 8.75LACS I HV PAID 1.75 LACS AT THE TIME OF EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT. ALSO I HAVE PAID REMAINING 7 LACS BY OBTAINING LOAN FROM GIC HSG FIN TO SELER BUT NOW HE IS DENYING TO SIGN THE SALE DEED. I HV DONE ELECTRICITY BILL & MAINTAINANCE BILL IN MY NAME. WHAT CAN I DO? IF I DONT PREPARE THE SALE DEED WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES.I HAVE GOT POSSESSION OF THE FLAT ON 05.05.2010 .PL REPLY SIR

FILE A SUIT FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE.

You will have to issue notice to the seller informing him that you are ready and willing to purchase the property, without notice your suit wont maintain. After receipt of notice seller kept quiet then file a suit for specific performance of contract.

SIR I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF AGREEMENT TO SALE AGRRED BUT NOW HE DEMANDING MORE MONEY TO SIGN THE SALE DEED. THE SELLER IS EMPLOYEE OF MTNL(GOVT)

If you have already paid the entire amount as per the sale agreement file a case for specific performance.
