No contract is valid without consideration.

A sale deed itself refer to a deed which transfers the ownership of a property for a consideration paid. A sale deed without consideration is no sale deed.

Sale" is a transfer of ownership in exchange for a price paid or promised or part-paid and part-promised.
Hence there cannot be sale of immovable property without consideration
