sale deed on post dated cheques

Sir I have had deal of my property my remaining amount is 200000/- as buyer says to do datavej and giving me post dated cheques.I want to know if it bounced will I be able to get that money as once dastavej is done it can't be cancelled. Please guide me.

It is never wise to execute sale deed on the basis of post dated cheque.
Insist on cash or DD. Do not sell the land if he insists for post dated cheque.

There is nothing wrong in accepting the post date cheques for this transaction provided you impose a condition stating that the vendor reserves the right to cancel the registered sale deed in the event of the cheques given for consideration gets bounced due to any reason rendering the consideration as not passed. .
