Sale made through power of attorney

(Querist) 03 September 2011 This query is : Resolved 
the thing is that the property is a parental property and we are 3 brothers and one sister.we all have sign the POA but one of my elder brother is expire and his wife has signed the POA and she has further 2 daughters, both are married.

1.POA is attested by notary only??will it considered be registered one???can we sale the property on that basis??

2.will the daughters of my elder brother have any right on the property as they are married one??

3.can my elder brother wife signed it on his behalf???
