Sale of open space for reserved parking

My builder has sold some portion of open space in the complex for reserved parking. Now the Housing societyu which claims to have taken over all the rights from builder wants to sell the remaining open space for reserved parking.Is it legal or can they be challenged?

It depends on the agrement between the purchasers of the undivided share in thte property and the builder.

There will be a clause that the entire undivided share in the property will be handed over to the society. The society can manage it as per it powers and the wishes of the majoriy of the members.

True, it can be challenged through an injunction suit. I am sure you may be granted temporary injunction.
