I have a property in Lucknow. I want to sell it from Kolkata. What are the options available to me other then issuing a POA to my relatives

You cannot sale it from Kolkata rather you or your POA is required to personally go to the office of Registrar at Lucknow for this purpose.

You can only execute and register POA. Other than that there is no other alternative.

poa can be given to blood related persons and if not your personally execute at sub registrar office at lucknow
