sc certificate

In my schedule caste certificate,the 'ordinary residence' column is not filled and has been cut by the tehsildar. So I want to know that my certificate is valid or not for any central level benefits.

It appears that Tehsildar has not issued certificate and he has simply denied you the status of ordinary resident of the area.

I will request Mr P Venu to kindly go through any caste certificate of SC.

The proforma has a sentence that the applicant is ordinary resident of that area (within the meaning of Representation of Peoples Act).
