Sir, I have purchased a flat in an apartment. Builder has sold some of the parking lots to flatowners along with flat. Because of this all flat owners are not getting sufficient place. But there was a ruling by supreme court in the year 2010. Stating parking area cannot be sold even if sold it is void. In my case buyer is an Advocate. I am no understanding how tackle him. Can I stick the above said SC ruling on walls of My apartment.
