sir i was employed in one central govt dept for 11 yrs and thereafter through open selection i moved to another govt dept on lien for 1 year thereafter i got selected in another dept through open selection and moved from second place within 10 months and terminated my lien at first place.in the mean time the present dept received a letter against me confidentially without my knowledge from the 1st employer and based on that false letter the present employer is directing me to to go and report at first department without holding any enquiry or providing me an oppurtunity as i have already moved my family to new place i cannot immediately go back as i have already severed ties with them it is a fact that he is acting illegally.can i file a case under s 182 of ipc also if anybody is there in chennai whom i can conatct personally please reply URGENT

No person can be condemned unheard. This is an illegal act on the part of your employer department to direct you to report you on your first place of posting without hearing you.

I have heard Sh. S. Sampath has recently expired so his son and all his juniors are there to attend you.
