sec 325 and 326 cross case

(Querist) 18 July 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Is it must that if the f.I.r only registered. Under sec 323 324 read with sec 34 506 and the doctor report result is 326 and 325 cross case but the case was not in court and the compromise was done between both parties to file application in high court for queshment of the case and do court can provide free legal aid for quashment
