Sir/Madam

my wife deserted me since 14 month and take all jwellary of us.

i file sec 9 & in this counselling she denie to come back and want divorce and file sec 24 HMA

she want money and both divorce

what i will do
is it suitable that to withraw sec 9 and file divorce case bse it will speedly closed
and how money maintaince will give under sec 24 my salary is around 9000/- she is not working

If she is ready for divorce then file a consent divorce petition. Withdraw the petition u/s sec.9 filed.

yes you can withdraw. She can also withdraw 24 HMA. Settle for a full and final payment against all her demands/dowry/stridhan/alimony etc. Once for all at the time of divorce by mutual consent.
