Principally, if female is exclusive owner to the property though purchased out of common stock, such property is not liable to be partitioned.

(A and B)` are full brother and (A) is Manager of joint family and wife of A purchased some land in the name of his wife without any separate nucleus.there was took registered partition between A and B and purchased land in the name of wife of A was allotted in the share of A in the schedule No 1 of registered partition.The wife of A filled the title suit before a competent court and seeking the relief that land of wife of A which is purchased in the name of wife of A and declared that same is the stridhan in the name of wife of A.Hence alleged registered partition deed is void? Kindly gave your advice on the basis of cases law and obliged me.under article 125 of Mulla Hindhu law.
