seeking help regarding rti

how can one appeal for RTI act if no reply is being recieved even after 30 days? what is the process for doing appeal? i have lodged application to bsnl U/S 6 of RTI act,2005 along with a postal order of Rs.10 on 24th may 2011 but still they are just trying to avoid for any reply in writing.

how can i go for appeal or what step should be taken now?

If you have submitted your application to the PIO, the time limit for receipt of reply is 30 days and submitted to APIO, then 35 days. However, more than 35 days is over, you are entitled to make first appeal to the first appellate authority.

Whatz the process for appealing to appellate autority???

Do again any postal order will be required? if yes, then for what amount will be required?

No, there is no need to postal order.you have to make appeal application to the first appellate authority
