No Sir. According to present law, regularisation cannot be made to daily wager, despite his lengthy service. The courts say that it is a back door entry.

Earlier, after completion of 240 days of service, a daily wager can go to court and ascertain for regularisation.

Any how, do not lose hope. You write a letter to the university seeking regularisation and failing to get any positive response, you move the court and most of the times, the courts instead of following the precedents, use discretionary power and may give relief. Further,if the court wants any precedent for regularisation, thousands of authorities of S.C. are there prior to 1990.
