with respect to the case law of the Supreme Court of India in the case of Vishaka & Others vs State of Rajasthan.
What is the action to be taken, if the sexual harassment is induced by FEMALE MEMBERS.
Let me have a citation of law by the supreme court of India in such circumstances.

there is always discrimination in these aspects such as Sec 376 IPC, Secs 493 to 498A, sec 497 of IPC etc.

In Vishaka Vs State of Rajasthan, the sexual harassment in office can be controlled by following the guidelines adopted by the Supreme Court. There is a number of cases in which the supreme court has held such an instigation and gesture is said to be an offence. Recently a Bill has been formulated in this aspect. The cases such as Apparel Export Promotion Council
Vs.A.K. Chopra, AIR 1999 SC 625 is the case related in this subject.

I am asking about sexual harassment AGAINST ME IN GOVERNMENT OFFICERS IN THE OFFICES.
In such cases, what is the remedy?
Where is the equality of law and of opportunity between sex. Due you agree that there are number of cases of sexual harassment by ladies. How to prove such cases. What is the guidelines prescribed in such cases as in the case of Vishaka & others vs state of Rajasthan.
