Try to amicable settlement by a registered deed of partition, failing which you can file a suit for partition in Civil Court. The partition suit is a lengthy process.Your brother and mother can sell their proportionate share, not your share, even the undivided nature of property.

As your father had died intestate, you have a share in the property.

You can file a partition suit to claim your share.. But.. 42 years old woman and name is Rahul is little strange.

Self acquired property of father does not become ancestral property for daughter. You have share in the property, try to have amicable settlement and get the partition deed registered.
If not possible, proceed to file case for partition.
Your mother / Brother can sell their portion only and not your share.
