show cause notice u/s 107/111 crpc ( 10000/- with surety)

Dear sir
I hv been issued a show cause notice by SEM on complaints of my two neighbours. Its just a fake counter allegation on false grounds bcoz on one of the complainants son a matter is pending in JJB for being involved with my enemies ( already criminal cases going on ) .

So on the first appearance in front of SEM the two complainants came with a compromise letter stating that they don't have any personal grudges against me & police falsely brought us here..

They want to avoid all chaos....

How to reply to this in my favour....

file an application before SEM regarding the settlement between all of you and disposed off the complaint. The SEM may disposed off the complaint and send the file to record room.
