Sir i made the entire decreetral amount in instalments 546000 again thy are me to pay more 3lakhs in one stroke

Shriram chits claim and get orderd in ther favour of ths iss to certify that on 5-10-12 an award passed in the above dispute thereby it us orderded tht the opponents to pay jointly and severally pay to the disitant company the total claim of rs 546000 along with intrest 18% per annum on the principal amount of rs 440000 from 2011 to till the date of realization with cost of 20547.any other payment made shall also be adjusted after filling of the dispute in aforesaid quantified entitled amount

This orded passed from Registrar of chits/Arbitrator

After tht the matter forwarded to civil court no order pass from civil court thn high court this CRP again the order dated 26-12-2014 passed on the petitioners application under order 20 rule 11(2)of civil court prodedure seeking permission to pay the decretal amount by monthly instalments at rs 3000 the prayer of the petitioner has been rejected by the impungned
Learned cou sel for the parties however agreed for the following order....
The petitioner undertakes to deposits rs 15000 per month till the ENTIRE DECRETAL AMOUNT IS PAID RESPONDENT NO 1DECREE HOLDER.the pititioner shall pay the monthly instalments.
With these observation the CRP is disposed of.consequently miscellaneous petitions,if any ,also stand disposed of.

As per ths order i made the payment is completed the said amount 546000.
But again there asking to pay
In this high court order copy nothing is mention to pay the amount with future intrest
Becuase my due principal amount was 440000 after added the intrest till award the total amount is 546000.
Pls revert me with your valueable feed back sir
And guide me to whom shall i approach or else i can fill the criminal case towards the shriram chitfund

After that order sr.civil courts order of hounourable high court at hyd crp269/2015 is received.the same is perused and recorded as such there is no need to keep the matter pending.hence this Ep 10 /2013 is closed

As per the High court order I paid d complete amount .after 10 months they call again and saying to me.
Madam settlement karlo...
What I need to do pls help sir I don't no what to do m really very helpless as I don't have money to go to any advocate also

For your information I prefer to refer two incidents 1) The collection agents forcibly took away the original certificates of an Engineering Student whose parents were poor farmers for the non repayment of Education Loan and the innocent student committed suicide. 2) In a family the husband was the Credit card defaulter and they live in rented house and in the absence of her husband the collection agents threatened the wife that too in early morning hours at 6 am and the wife had committed suicide..

More over all these Banks and Financial Institutions transfer their Loans Just by collecting 50% of the Principle Pending amount to Agents like Reliance etc and they would adopt all sort of methods to get back the Full Loan amount along with heavy interest and penal interest.

RBI had given specific instructions and timings to the collection agents while making their visit and those agents should inform concerned police station before visiting any one's house which is never followed.
