Normally there is no need for the stamp papers, but, when it is presented before the court, you have to pay the penalty if the stamp duty was not already paid.

does NOC and undertaking as per APPENDIX-10A from the original member to be submitted by Associate member intending to be a member of the managing committee of the society under the bye law no118(V) need to be franked or on stamp paper
