Some one trying to grab my agricultural land

I have agricultural land in Taluka Khalapur DISTRICT Raigad MAHARASHTRA India.
7/12 was transferred in my name in year 1990
Since last 3 years some one is trying to grow some rice in my field and applying to Talati for putting his name name in ( peek pani ) or some term
As I am not native of that VILLAGE no one wants to be MY witness but they SIGN on his panchnama

You have to verify the adangal/pahani copy etc. with local tahsil office. then apply to the RDO of your division by marking copy to the Collector.

CONSIDER THIS:
1. File a Criminal Trespassing complaint against the Rice Cultivator/s, with the local police station, with the relevant existing 7x12 extract. This would set right, the problem.
2. File Caveat application (every 3 months) with the Talati (village revenue officer) and with the local Collector's office, against making any changes in your land revenue record (7x12 extract)

This is a clear matter of trespass.. file a police complaint against the person who is using your property. This is a serious issue.. you have to act fast.. send a intimation or notice to the Gaokamgar Talathi of your village mentioning the facts. If any change in the 7/12 extract might amount to a litigation for a long period of time.
