Dear Respected Members,
Sorry for providing the information and fact in installment, so again I am giving you the facts by accumulating all the information as far as possible.
If a boy was in relation with a girl and unfortunately when the boy got the information that the girl had another affairs with other peoples too but he does not have any proof against that.
The girl declared first that the she don’t want to continue the relation anymore and when the boy asked the reason then she said that she don’t have the answer.
Then the boy decided to quit the relationship but he tried to made her understand the wrong sides of her decision and after that the boy talked with her mother over the telephone and made her mother understand and clear the matter that he has no relation with her daughter and won't have any other connection too and her mother agreed with the boy that if she is doing so then you must not spoil your life.
After that the boy did not tell the girl anything but all of sudden in the afternoon the boy got information that the girl has committed suicide and she was no more.
Whatever he got to know from girl’s mother and aunt that she did not tell anything about any depression whereas she used to tell them earlier, besides she did not left any suicide note blaming anyone and the boy is not able to ask girl’s mother and aunt that what statement they gave to the cops as it won’t be good to ask them who lost their ward.
Till yet the mother and aunt of the girl is supporting the boy as they know that the boy is really innocent but who knows the future and when the coins show it’s another side.
As the boy scared of the incident and when his parents get the information then one of them ordered him to switched-off the mobile and he did as it was his hopes and choice.
But now he switched-on his mobile phone.
Please note that the boy talked for about half an hour with the girl on the date of suicide in the morning.
1. Weather any legal charges or obligation may arise for the boy or not?
2. In what circumstances they can make a trap for the boy?
3. Could they make any trap for the boy.
4. What should the boy do or don’t.
Please note that the girl approached the boy first and finally she decided that she can't live or lead her life with the boy and she broke the relationship first, but it’s not possible to have these kind of records to proof the same and the boy don’t have these proof but that’s the fact.
Please suggest me as soon as possible.

Why the boy is so bothered when the girl herself broke up with him?
If the girl ahs not left any suicide note blaming the boy then he has nothing to worry.

Thanks for the beautiful suggestion but the matter is that on which date she finally broke up the relation on that date she committed suicide and they just talked before over the telephone and after that it all happened.
And did not leave any note he believes.

SUGGESTION :
Let the matter proceed , you do not proceed.
You have only one alternative. DEFEND YOURSELF, if charged with sec 306 of IPC.

1) did the girl leave a suicide note
2) you ahve stated that she had affairs with other men too . any proof ?
3) what statement has been given by girls relatives to cops ?
4) if they say she was depressed on account of your break up and implicate you your goose is cooked .
