What is the duration / validity of Special Power Of Attorney in India ?

General power of attorney or special power of attorney remains valid until it revokes or cancelle by principal.

1. TYPICALLY a registered POA will last for ever PROVIDED it is not "duly" revoked or POA executor is dead.
