I am a resident of wadala and my house has come under redevelopment plan of sra. I am staying at the same house from 1985 and have all the documentary proof including my name in the electoral list of 1995. And also to inform you that they have put my name on the survey of another room which is no mine. please help. now the up zilla adhikari, dharavi has sent me a demolition notice yesterday and given me 7 days time to vacate my premisis.

Is the demolition order in rexpct of your won room?
If yes then you have cause of action to move to high court against the demolition order in writ jurisdiction.
Otherwise apply for collectorate officials to rectify the anomaly of your property number.

As advised by the experts u should file WP and obtain stay of the demolition order issued by the Upa Zilla Adhikari. Did he issue any show cause notice prior to issuing the demolition order? If not there is a good case for u to obtain stay order.
